01 / THE REPAIR FOCUS

Start with
the symptom.

A black screen doesn't tell the whole story. Share what happened, when it started, and the exact card model. Repair options begin with an assessment.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Tell us how it stopped.

Did the issue follow a shutdown, a power-supply change, or a new installation? Include the card model, system behavior, and any checks already performed.

Prepare these repair details

Model acceptance, repair feasibility, and any diagnostic fee are confirmed before hardware intake.

02 / A CLEAR NEXT STEP

Know the plan.
Then make the call.

Start with the details. Confirm the scope. Review the options before committing to a repair.

01

Describe the issue

Gather the exact model, symptoms, and any previous repair history.

02

Confirm the intake

Agree on acceptance, inspection arrangements, and any diagnostic fee.

03

Review the options

Understand the findings, proposed work, cost, and timing before approval.

04

Plan the handoff

Confirm the outcome, testing details, and collection or shipping arrangements.

04 / BEFORE YOU START

A few good
questions.

Have your model number handy.
It's the best place to begin.

Can I ask about an NVIDIA RTX 4090?

Yes. Include the exact manufacturer, card model, symptoms, and any previous work. Consumer GPU inquiries are the initial focus; acceptance and repair feasibility are confirmed individually after review.

How much will a repair cost?

The fault, parts, and work required determine the cost. Confirm any diagnostic fee and review a repair quote before approving work. A symptom alone is not enough to give an accurate price.

Can I drop off or ship my graphics card?

Confirm acceptance and delivery arrangements before visiting or sending hardware. A drop-off address, shipping instructions, and timing should be agreed as part of intake.

What if my card is still under warranty?

Check your manufacturer's warranty or retailer options before arranging an independent repair. Include the card's warranty status when preparing your repair details.

Do you work with computer repair shops?

We welcome conversations with local repair shops, system builders, and IT service providers. Select “Repair shop” in the inquiry form and tell us about your typical cards and workflow.

Are AI data-center GPU repairs available?

Enterprise and AI GPU service is a future development direction. Current inquiries focus on consumer cards. Enterprise models, test requirements, and any service commitments need separate review before acceptance.
